Basic draft wording. This document is a basic draft text and does not constitute legal advice.

Kostilatas regards making the website accessible as a central value, and acts to enable the entire public, including persons with disabilities, to use the website conveniently, independently and on an equal basis.

We act to comply with the provisions of the law applicable in Israel, including the Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013, including the provisions on making a service provided through the internet accessible.

Accessibility level and standard

The website is made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at conformance level AA.

Accessibility measures implemented on the website

• Full navigation by keyboard, without dependence on a mouse, with a clear focus indicator.
• A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
• A semantic heading structure and ARIA roles for the page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer), to support screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
• Alternative text for images that carry informational value.
• Maintaining adequate color contrast between the text and the background.
• Respecting the system preference for reduced motion and reducing animations accordingly.
• Compatibility with display on a variety of screen sizes and devices.

The accessibility menu on the website

An accessibility menu is available on all pages of the website, opened by clicking the floating icon in the corner of the screen and also by the keyboard shortcut Alt+A. The menu makes it possible to customize the display:

• Highlighting links
• Contrast modes: high, color inversion, grayscale
• Text enlargement (115%, 130%, 150%)
• Increased line spacing
• Readable font
• Highlighting headings
• Black or enlarged mouse cursor
• Stopping animations and motion
• Resetting all settings

The preferences are kept in your browser for future visits. It is important to note: this menu is a comfort-preference tool under your control only. It is not an external component of the overlay type, and it does not "make the website accessible" automatically. Accessibility is implemented in the website's code itself, as detailed above.

Known accessibility limitations

Despite our efforts, certain parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible, or isolated faults may be found in them, among other things in video and animation components or in content embedded from third parties. We regard making the website accessible as an ongoing process and work to improve it from time to time.

Clarification regarding the product content

The content on the website is intended to present the brand and the water it markets, including sensory descriptions and factual composition details. Nothing in this attributes any medicinal, healing, preventive or therapeutic properties to the product. The product is mineral drinking water and is not a medicinal preparation.
